1. Who we are

This website is operated by Drumman Adhesives, a division of Glenmar Technology, LLC, 1130 North Ave, Plainfield, NJ 07062, United States (“we,” “us”). For anything about your information, email info@drumman-adhesives.com.

2. Information you give us

• Contact and quote forms: your name, email address, and anything else you choose to include, such as phone number, company, equipment of interest, application details, delivery location and your message.
• Newsletter: your email address, if you sign up.
• Emails and calls: whatever you share when you contact us directly.
• Purchases: billing, shipping and contact details needed to complete the sale. Payments are made by bank transfer or check; we don't collect or store card numbers.

3. Information collected automatically

• Server logs: our hosting provider records technical information such as your IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request, to keep the site running and secure.
• Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, time on the site, device and browser type, and approximate location. It uses cookies. We use it to improve the site, not to identify you.
• Google Search Console shows us how the site appears in Google search results. It reports search statistics, not information about individual visitors.

4. Embedded services

• Google Maps: the map on our Contact page is provided by Google, which may collect information when you load or use the map, under Google's own privacy policy.
• Google Fonts: to display the site's typefaces, your browser downloads them from Google's servers, which receive your IP address.

5. How we use your information

• To answer your questions and prepare quotes.
• To process orders, arrange pickup or freight, and keep business records.
• To send our newsletter about new surplus equipment, if you've signed up.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.
• To keep the site secure and meet our legal obligations.

6. How we share it

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as much as they need:

• our website host;
• the service that delivers our website forms to our inbox;
• our email newsletter provider;
• Google, for analytics, maps and fonts;
• freight carriers and brokers, to ship your order;
• Glenmar Technology, as part of the same company;
• professional advisers, or authorities when the law requires it.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

7. Newsletter

We send our newsletter only to people who sign up for it. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can email us and we'll remove you.

8. Cookies

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Google Analytics sets cookies to tell visits apart; Google Maps may set its own cookies when you use the map. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.

9. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and quote requests for as long as they're useful for following up, and records of sales for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

10. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted (https) connections to this site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

11. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can opt out of marketing emails at any time. Residents of some U.S. states, including New Jersey, may have additional rights under their state's privacy laws. Email info@drumman-adhesives.com and we'll respond within the time the law requires.

12. Children

This website is for businesses and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

13. Visitors outside the United States

We are based in the United States, and information you send us is processed and stored in the United States.

We may update this policy as the site or the law changes. The date at the bottom shows when it was last updated.
