What You Get
Speed change mid-stroke
The servo actuator can adjust speed partway through a shot, keeping bead width consistent when a robot changes speed through a corner.
Positive rod displacement
Shot size is set by rod travel and flow rate by rod speed, so the dispensed volume stays accurate as viscosity, temperature or batch vary, including with abrasive filled materials.
ScoreGuard plunger rod
Nordson's wear-resistant surface treatment on the plunger rod resists scratching and pitting, which helps the packing seals last longer between services.
Remote meter box included
Each unit comes with its RMB (P/N 1614740) already mounted, with an Ethernet connection to a Process Sentry PLC controller.
