What You Get
Melt on demand
The platen melts only the material directly beneath it. The rest of the drum stays solid, which limits heat exposure for reactive and moisture-cure adhesives.
No dead spaces
Material passages have no pockets where adhesive can sit and cure, which suits reactive hot melts and moisture-cure polyurethanes.
Variable-speed gear pump
SN0371 gear pump on a variable-speed AC motor, 1 to 100 rpm, from low-volume dosing to high-throughput lines.
Single-side access
Controls and drum changes happen from one side, so the melter can sit against a wall or another machine and still be serviced.
