Three ways to get your equipment
Drum unloaders, melters and pump systems are heavy, palletized freight. Prices don't include shipping: we quote it separately, once we know where it's going and what your site can receive.
Pick it up
Collect from our warehouse in Plainfield, NJ, by appointment. Loading and rigging are arranged and paid by the buyer; your driver secures the load, so bring straps or chains rated for its weight.
We arrange freight
We quote LTL or flatbed freight to your door. Tell us whether your site has a loading dock or forklift; if not, we'll add liftgate delivery to the quote.
Your own carrier
Prefer your own carrier or freight account? Send us the details. We prepare the shipment and the bill of lading and have it ready for the pickup you schedule.
How we prepare it
- Each unit is palletized, strapped and wrapped for freight.
- Crating is available on request and quoted separately.
- Weights and dimensions come with your freight quote, so your carrier and receiving team can plan.
- Ask for the serial number, build date and photos of the exact unit before it ships.
When it arrives
- Inspect the shipment before you sign for it.
- Note any visible damage on the bill of lading, have the driver initial it, and take photos.
- Contact us right away: we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.
Shipping questions
How soon does it ship?
Equipment in stock ships within the same week for U.S. customers, once payment has cleared and freight is booked.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes. We can work with your freight forwarder, or quote the move to a U.S. port or forwarder's warehouse for you to take it from there.
Can I see the unit before it ships?
Yes. Ask for photos, the serial number and the build date of the exact unit, or visit our warehouse in Plainfield, NJ, by appointment to inspect it in person.
What do I need for a pickup?
Book a time with us first. Bring a vehicle suited to palletized freight (a flatbed or a truck a forklift can reach) and straps or chains rated for the load. Loading and rigging are arranged and paid by the buyer, and securing the load is the driver's responsibility.
What if my site has no loading dock?
Tell us when you ask for a quote. We'll add liftgate delivery, which lowers the pallet to the ground at your door.
What if something arrives damaged?
Note it on the bill of lading before you sign, take photos, and contact us right away. We'll help you file the claim with the carrier.
